With our modern CNC-controlled bending machine, we can create a custom handlebar for nearly any application or request, in both 7/8” and 1” sizes.

A custom handlebar is always based on a handlebar from our collection. Dimensions can be adjusted according to your wishes, as long as they remain within technical and safety margins.

• Custom 7/8” or 1” handlebar (based on our models): from €120

• Fat (1-1/4”) custom Ape Hangers: from €200

Method: Take a photo of a handlebar from our collection and mark the changes in dimensions, desired color, and any additional requests. Then contact us for pricing and options.
⚠️ We only modify handlebars from our own range. Fully custom designs or copies of handlebars from other brands are not possible.

Specifications:

• Material: High-quality European steel with a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (spec sheet on request for inspection).

• Finish: No finish / Satin black powder coating (no extra charge) / Trivalent chrome (no extra charge)

• Lead time: Unfinished 2–4 weeks, black 4–5 weeks, chrome 5–6 weeks

• Returns: Not applicable – sizing at your own risk.

• Dimples for Harley-Davidson: +€5

• Internal wiring preparation: +€25 (customer must provide slot dimensions)

• E-Throttle preparation for Harley: from +€15
