Returns

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return one or more items. You can arrange the return of your products in just a few simple steps.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. Of course, you can return your item and place a new order for the correct product.

Would you like to return an item that you received more than 14 days ago? Please contact us to discuss a goodwill arrangement. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct part of the refund amount.

Please note: If you purchased your item through Bol.com, eBay, or Amazon, you must register your return through that platform.

1. Register your return

Use the form below to register your return. This allows us to expect your return shipment, and you will receive a return form and, if requested, a return label.

You can request a DPD return label from us. The cost is only €6.95 (for the Netherlands and Belgium). This amount will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use this service, simply request it in the form below. Your return label will be sent within 48 hours
