It is possible for us to make you a frame loop to your specific dimensions. There are only two possibilities to reach the desired dimensions. This has to do with our "fixed radius" bending molds. This is the reason why we can't create a U-shape with dimensions other than the standard loops.

Model A: Custom frame loop with angled "legs" (V-shape):
Extra width is achieved by bending a U-shaped frame loop less than 180 degrees. This will create a slight V-shape.
Please note that both the width and the length will affect the final shape of the loop!
Minimum outer dimension (A) 142mm, less is not possible.
Minimum length (B) 200mm.

Model B: Custom frame loop with straight "legs" and two 90 degrees bends:
Extra width is achieved by extending the tube between the bends.
Minimum outer dimension (A) 210mm, less is not possible.
Minimum length (B) 100mm

A "kick-up" is not possible. If we need a kick-up, we weld a frame loop at an angle against the frame.

Material:
Tube Size Ø22mm x 2 mm (thickness). We use a high-quality steel tube which is easy to weld and can be coated or chromium-plated without pre-processing.

For technicians:
If you want to draw something, consider we only do 60mm radius and / or radius 70mm at the center of the tube and a minimum distance of 60mm between two bends.
