Have you changed your mind or ordered an item incorrectly? No problem! You may return (a part of) your order up to 14 days after receipt.
 
What do I have to take into account if I want to send a product back?
Important to be able to process your return is that the product is returned in the same condition as we have sent it to you.
Please make sure that the product and the product packaging are well protected when returning. Preferably use the box in which we have sent it. This way, you can help us to make the return process go smoothly and you have your money back soon!

If a product is damaged or has been modified (including signs of mounting), we are compelled to charge the value reduction of the product. We kindly ask you to take this into account and to check this properly if you want to send a product back.
How does this process work?
- Check whether the products to be returned meet the above requirements.
- Register your return by using the form at the bottom of the page.eld je retourzending aan.
- Print the return form. The return form can be found below. Fill this in and send it with the package to be returned. Without a return form, the processing of your return may be delayed!
- Bring the package to your local post office and hand it in for shipment. Please use the return address below. Any costs involved are at buyers account.
- Upon receipt, your return will be assessed.
- A refund will take place within a few working days. We do not charge any administration or processing costs.

Please note: If the value of the retained products falls below the free shipping limit, we will deduct this shipping costs from the refund amount.
How to exchange a product
Als je een product om wilt ruilen, kun je dit het beste als volgt doen:
  • - Return the wrongly ordered product according to the above method.
  • - Order the right product on the site.
  • - The purchase price of the wrongly ordered product will be refunded within a few days after receipt.
This way, you'll have the right product in no time and you may continue with your project!
Exceptions
Unfortunately, custom-made or specially ordered items can not be returned.
